Dear readers, that is my favourite quote, and I’ll explain to you why. To me, Baylen Levine’s quote explains the carefree spirit when coming of age. Youth is about embracing freedom, taking risks, and discovering who you are through

experience. “You gotta live life a little bit, jump a few fences, ding-dong ditch a few houses…” That shows that the idea of growing up isn’t just about following rules, it’s about making mistakes, doing bad decisions and figuring out a way to deal with them, and after that, learning from them. Coming of age means stepping outside your comfort zone, accepting that things are not perfect, and having fun with the journey, even when things go wrong.
