The song Look What You’ve Done by Drake talks about the themes of growth, nostalgia, and personal evolution making it a really good song about the theme “Coming Of Age”. The song is about how Drake has grown as a teen and an adult. He talks about all the memory that he has in one of his friend basement and I have a friend with who I have a lot of memories in his basement with so that was one of the reason on why I chose this song. He talks about how grateful he is for his mom and all the people who supported him while he grew up. The lyrics mostly talks about how his responsibilities changes with him getting from childhood to adulthood. I really like this part because I think that I can really relate to the lyrics because I fell the same way. I think that this song is the perfect one for the theme “Coming Of Age” because of all the aspects that I said earlier and it proves us that everything that you do while growing up will have an impact on your future. Finally, this songs make me rethink all the good times that I had in my friends backyards at night and in is basement.
