Welcome to my blog! You’re here because you clicked on my car, a.k.a. the best looking one. I chose to talk about “the thrill” by Wiz Khalifa because it’s a song I listened to non-stop last summer, and I will probably be listening to it again this summer. First of all, it is a really good song, and it fits perfectly with the coming-of-age theme. The song’s lyrics really explain the excitement of living in the moment, embracing freedom, and enjoying life without worrying about responsibility.

As someone in the stage of being an adolescent and early adulthood, I can really relate to that feeling, craving independence, exploration, and self-discovery. Also, the vibe this song gives off reminds me of those perfect summer nights, when my friends and I would go out at 9 pm when the sun was setting, without a care in the world and chasing happiness, which is funny because those are the memories I made with my friends last summer. We were all having fun and making unforgettable moments. You could always hear “the thrill” playing during those nights.

In the end, the song and these moments perfectly capture what coming of age is all about. It’s about embracing those carefree days, learning to live without limits, and realizing that each moment spent with friends and each new experience helps shape who we’re becoming.
